Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon receipt following our standard return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

For credit card payments, some banks may require additional time to post the refund to your account. This processing time is beyond our control, but we will provide any necessary documentation to assist with the resolution of delayed refunds.
